Built by a seller. Because I needed it first.
I'm the person behind Zora Software. I run a small online shop that sells on Amazon, Etsy, eBay and TikTok Shop, and I have spent forty years in IT, most of them as a systems engineer. ZoraLister is what happened when those two lives collided.

Every marketplace wants the same product described its own way. The bulk template for a single category can run to a hundred columns. Which of them are mandatory depends on the category you picked. The values a dropdown will accept live on sheets you never see. Some columns must be left empty or the file is refused.
And when you get one wrong, the marketplace does not always tell you which. One of my TikTok Shop uploads came back with the message "fill out a field correctly". It did not say which field.
Listing my products by hand, one marketplace at a time, was costing me days. I would rather spend those days making things.
So I built a tool for my own shop
It holds my products once, builds each marketplace's version of a listing from it, checks that listing against the marketplace's own rules, and puts it in a review queue so that nothing goes out until I have looked at it. It runs my shop's listings today: more than a thousand products across four marketplaces.
ZoraLister is the listing half of that tool, rebuilt from the ground up so it works for any seller in any category. Nothing in it knows what I sell. It learns what your category demands from the marketplace itself: from eBay and Etsy directly when you connect them, and for an upload file, from the template you download from your own seller account.
What I am building it on
- Your products stay yours. With ZoraLister for Windows, your products, photos and templates live in a folder on your own PC. There is no cloud account to lose access to, and uninstalling never touches your data.
- ZoraLister for Windows, you buy once. If you never renew for updates, the version you bought keeps working, with everything you made in it. I will not rent you your own work. ZoraLister Online is a service I run for you, so it is paid for while you use it - a separate product, bought separately, and never bundled with the other.
- The marketplace's own rules are the rulebook. The app ships no templates of its own. It asks eBay and Etsy what your category needs, and reads the upload template you downloaded today, so the rules are always current and never a copy that went stale months ago.
- Nothing leaves without your say. Every listing is built as a draft you can read field by field. Nothing reaches a file, or a marketplace, until you approve it.
- No pretending. What works and what does not is written down, right below.
Where it stands today
ZoraLister Online, the hosted version, is open to anyone and free to start. ZoraLister for Windows is in private beta, with TikTok Shop and eBay. This is the honest split.
Products to upload file
In ZoraLister for Windows: products with variants and photos, import from your spreadsheet, reading TikTok Shop and eBay templates, category mapping, a preview of exactly what each variant would send with whatever is blocking it named in plain words, the approval queue, and the filled upload file that comes out of it.
The hosted version
ZoraLister Online does the same job on my server instead of your PC, for a low monthly fee. It opens in a browser, so it is also the answer if you are on a Mac, an iPad or a Chromebook - there is no ZoraLister app for those, and this needs none. It works on a phone too, from your home screen. You add your products once, with their choices and photos, and it keeps the photos for you: rotate or crop them, pick the main one, and see where one falls short of a marketplace's standards. On its Listings page you pick the marketplace's own category, check each listing, look at exactly what the marketplace will get, and approve it. Then Etsy and eBay get it as an ordinary live listing - no template needed for either - while TikTok Shop gets its upload file, filled in. Already on eBay or Etsy? Connect it and bring those listings in to list them somewhere new. Home shows what sold on eBay and Etsy and what is on one marketplace but not another. Count stock with a barcode scanner, by typing the code, or with an Android phone's camera, fix a word in many titles at once with Find and replace, and see each marketplace's title against its limit. A passkey - Face ID, a fingerprint or Windows Hello - signs you in, or Google followed by your passkey or code, and Download everything gives you all of it in one zip file. Open to anyone, free to start; a separate product, bought separately.
What comes next
Live connections to TikTok Shop and Amazon - today ZoraLister fills their bulk templates - once each approves Zora Software as a developer, then Shopify. After that, more ways to add and review products faster: the list is on the home page.
Who answers the email
Zora Software is small on purpose. When you write to support@zoralister.com, the person who reads it is the person who built the thing, and who sells on the same marketplaces you do. If ZoraLister cannot read one of your templates, I want to see it; that is how the last several fixes were found.
