The problem I kept hitting

Every marketplace wants the same product described its own way. The bulk template for a single category can run to a hundred columns. Which of them are mandatory depends on the category you picked. The values a dropdown will accept live on sheets you never see. Some columns must be left empty or the file is refused.

And when you get one wrong, the marketplace does not always tell you which. One of my TikTok Shop uploads came back with the message "fill out a field correctly". It did not say which field.

Listing a catalog by hand, one marketplace at a time, was costing me days. I would rather spend those days making things.

So I built a tool for my own shop

It holds the catalog once, builds each marketplace's version of a listing from it, checks that listing against the marketplace's own rules, and puts it in a review queue so that nothing goes out until I have looked at it. It runs my shop's listings today: more than a thousand products across four marketplaces.

ZoraLister is the listing half of that tool, rebuilt from the ground up so it works for any seller in any category. Nothing in it knows what I sell. It learns what your category demands from the template you download from your own seller account.

What I am building it on

• Your catalog stays yours. Your products, photos and templates live in a folder on your own PC. There is no cloud account to lose access to, and uninstalling never touches your data.
• You buy it once. If you never renew for updates, the version you bought keeps working, with everything you made in it. I will not rent you your own work.
• The marketplace's own file is the rulebook. The app ships no templates of its own. It reads the one you downloaded today, so the rules are always current and never a copy that went stale months ago.
• Nothing leaves without your say. Every listing is built as a draft you can read field by field. Nothing reaches a file, or a marketplace, until you approve it.
• No pretending. What works and what does not is written down, right below.

Where it stands today

ZoraLister is in private beta, on Windows, with TikTok Shop first. This is the honest split.

Who answers the email

Zora Software is small on purpose. When you write to support@zoralister.com, the person who reads it is the person who built the thing, and who sells on the same marketplaces you do. If a template beats the parser, I want to see it; that is how the last several fixes were found.
