List many products on Etsy at once. You approve, they go live.

How it works

1. Add your products once. Type them in, bring in the spreadsheet you already keep, or bring in your listings from eBay. Sizes and colors become choices, each with its own price and stock, and a photo for each choice.
2. Connect your Etsy shop on the Account page. Etsy asks you to sign in and allow ZoraLister, then sends you back.
3. Pick Etsy's own category. On the Listings page, search Etsy's categories - "wall decal", say. ZoraLister asks Etsy what that category needs, so there is no template to download.
4. Answer what Etsy asks once per category - who made it and when, for example - and choose your shop's shipping, processing and return policies.
5. Check, look and approve. Check says in plain words what each product still needs. Look shows exactly what Etsy will get: title, photos, price, choices.
6. Send. Only what you approved goes, and each one goes live in your Etsy shop.

Drafts, not live listings

Drafts are free. You look them over on Etsy and publish them there - that is when Etsy charges its listing fee. ZoraLister never publishes a listing, and never deletes one.

Change a product after you approved it, and it comes back to be checked again before it can be sent. Once it is live, change it on Etsy.

Already on Etsy?

Connect Etsy and bring your listings in, photos and choices included, to list them on eBay or TikTok Shop too. Nothing changes on Etsy when you do.

What it does not do

• It does not publish for you. Publishing - and Etsy's fee - stay in your hands, on Etsy.
• It does not handle orders. Home shows what sold on Etsy; shipping and messages stay on Etsy.
• ZoraLister for Windows does not send to Etsy. Sending to Etsy is in ZoraLister Online, which runs in your browser for a low monthly fee.

The Online guide shows every screen, and Screens has pictures of them.
