List many products on eBay at once. Checked by eBay before they go.

How it works

1. Add your products once. Type them in, bring in your spreadsheet, or bring in your Etsy listings. Sizes and colors become variations, each with its own price, stock and photo.
2. Connect your eBay account on the Account page. eBay asks you to sign in and allow ZoraLister, then sends you back.
3. Pick eBay's own category. On the Listings page, search eBay's categories - "happy meal toy", say. ZoraLister asks eBay what that category needs, so there is no template to download.
4. Answer what eBay asks once per category - the item's condition and where it ships from - and choose your business policies: shipping, payment and returns.
5. Check. ZoraLister asks eBay to look each listing over. Whatever eBay would object to is shown, and so is eBay's own fee to list it.
6. Look, approve and send. Look shows exactly what eBay will get. Only what you approved goes, and Send tells you the total and asks once more.

Live listings you manage as usual

What you send becomes an ordinary live eBay listing. Change it in Seller Hub like any other, or change the product in ZoraLister and approve the change - only what changed goes. eBay's selling fees apply when an item sells, as on any listing.

eBay needs a shipping, a payment and a return policy on every listing. If you have never used business policies, turn them on in Seller Hub (Account, Business policies), make one of each, and come back.

Sending straight to eBay is new. Start with one cheap item, find it in Seller Hub, check it looks right - and tell us what you see.

Prefer an upload file?

eBay also takes a bulk upload file. Download eBay's "Create or Schedule new listings" template from Seller Hub (Reports, Uploads, Download template), add it on Templates & Profiles, and ZoraLister fills it from your products for you to upload there. ZoraLister for Windows - bought once, no monthly fees - lists on eBay this way, on your own PC, without connecting to eBay.

Already on eBay?

In ZoraLister Online, connect eBay and bring your listings in - photos, variations, condition and category - to list them on Etsy or TikTok Shop too. A product you brought in from eBay says it is on eBay already, and is never sent twice. Nothing changes on eBay when you do.

What it does not do

• It does not change an eBay Motors listing you brought in from eBay yet. Edit those in Seller Hub. One it made in eBay Motors changes from here.
• It does not handle orders. Home shows what sold on eBay; shipping and messages stay on eBay.
• It does not keep stock in step across your marketplaces - not yet.
