From your products to a checked TikTok Shop listing.

Install ZoraLister

1. Run ZoraLister-Setup-0.1.2.exe, the file you were sent as a beta tester. It installs for your own Windows account, so there is no administrator prompt.
2. Start ZoraLister from the Start menu. It opens in its own window on the Catalog screen.

You need Windows 10 or 11. Installing a newer version later upgrades in place and keeps everything you made.

Add a product

1. On Catalog, click + Add product.
2. Fill in Title (the only required field), then Description, Brand, Price and Quantity. Leave SKU blank and ZoraLister suggests one.
3. Enter Weight (g) and Length, Width, Height (mm) as the packed product: what goes in the mail.
4. Click Save.

Product type / category hint, Tags, Cost, Barcode / GTIN and Notes are for you; fill them if you use them. Archive hides a product without deleting it.

Colors and sizes: variants

Each color, size or style you sell is a variant of the product, with its own SKU, price and quantity. Every product starts with one variant.

1. Open the product and scroll to Variants.
2. On the first row, fill Option 1 with a name and a value, for example Color and Black. If you also sell sizes, use Option 2: Size and Small.
3. Click + Add variant for each other combination (Color White, Size Small, and so on) and give each its own SKU, and a price or quantity if it differs.

Removing a variant retires it and frees its SKU; nothing is destroyed.

Add photos

1. In the product, scroll to Images and drag your photos in, or use choose files.
2. The first photo becomes the main image; the rest are gallery. Change a photo's role with the dropdown under it: main, gallery, swatch or size chart.

Your original files are never modified: ZoraLister keeps them untouched and makes resized copies beside them. Removing a photo moves the original to a trash folder inside your data folder instead of deleting it.

Or import your spreadsheet

If your products already live in a spreadsheet, bring them in instead of typing them.

1. On Catalog, click Import CSV / Excel and choose your file. CSV and Excel (.xlsx) both work, including exports from Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Excel and Google Sheets. For a workbook, the first sheet is read.
2. Match your columns to ZoraLister's: for each CSV column you see a Sample of what is in it and choose the Catalog field it belongs to.
3. Click Import.

Rows that share a title become one product with several variants. A row whose SKU you already have updates that variant instead of creating a duplicate, so importing a corrected file is safe.

Export CSV on the Catalog screen writes your whole catalog back out, any time.

Drop in TikTok's template

ZoraLister ships no marketplace templates of its own. It reads yours, so the rules are always the ones TikTok is enforcing today.

1. In TikTok Shop Seller Center, go to where you add products in bulk, pick your product category, and download the bulk upload template. It is an Excel file whose name starts with Tiktoksellercenter_.
2. In ZoraLister, open Templates & Profiles and drop the file on the box at the top, or use choose the file. Do not open and re-save it in Excel first; use it exactly as downloaded.
3. ZoraLister reads it, including the hidden sheets where TikTok keeps the real rules, and shows a summary: the template version, its units, how many categories are in the file, and the brands your account is approved for.

One template covers a whole top-level category: the Automotive & Motorcycle file, for instance, knows 567 categories. If you sell in two different top-level categories, download and drop in both. ZoraLister keeps its own copy exactly as downloaded, and your file is never changed.

Add your category

1. The template opens by itself after you drop it in. Later, click it in the list on Templates & Profiles to open it again.
2. Under Categories you list in, type part of your category in Find a category… (for example car sticker), choose it, and click Add category.
3. ZoraLister shows every field that category has: the column it lives in, whether it is Mandatory or Optional, its type, the exact values a dropdown accepts, length limits, and TikTok's own help text.

Fields your category forbids are hidden, because they must be left blank and ZoraLister does that for you. Tick show fields this category forbids if you want to see them. Remove category archives it; adding it again brings it back.

Build the listing profile

A listing profile tells ZoraLister, once, where each of the category's fields gets its value. After that, every product you list in that category uses it.

1. With the category open, click New listing profile. ZoraLister starts it with sensible suggestions already filled in: title, description, price, quantity, SKU, images, options and package size.
2. Give it a Profile name.
3. Set the filter to Required fields (or Not decided yet) so you only see what still needs a decision.
4. For each field, choose where its value Comes from (see the table below) and fill in the details.
5. Watch the line at the top. When it reads every required field decided and this profile is ready to build listings, click Save.

Text patterns can use {title} {brand} {sku} {price} {option1_value}, and measurements with a unit after a bar: {length_mm|in}, {weight_g|lb}. Add |upper or |lower to change the case.

Selling in a second, similar category? Open a finished profile and use Copy to category. Every rule the new category accepts is carried over, and ZoraLister tells you which ones it could not take. Archive keeps a profile without deleting it. If you leave with unsaved changes, ZoraLister asks first.

Preview a product

1. In the profile, scroll to Preview with one of your products, type part of a product's name in Find a product… and choose it.
2. You get a table of exactly what would be sent: one column per variant, one row per field, with your photos shown as thumbnails and every converted number already converted.
3. Anything TikTok would reject is listed in red, in plain words, naming the field: a missing mandatory value, a dropdown value that is not on TikTok's list, a title over the length limit, a missing weight or photo, or variants that would collide.
4. Fix it where it lives: a missing weight in the product, a wrong answer in the profile. Then preview again.

A product with problems is held back; it will never reach an upload file until the list is empty. Once one product previews clean, the rest of that category is just adding products.

Your data, and backing it up

Everything lives in one folder on your PC: Documents\ZoraLister. It holds the database (zoralister.db), an images folder with your original photos and their resized copies, and a templates folder with the marketplace files exactly as you downloaded them. There is no account and nothing is uploaded to us.

To back up, close ZoraLister and copy that whole folder somewhere safe. To move to a new PC, install ZoraLister there and copy the folder into the same place. Uninstalling removes the program only and never touches this folder.
