The deal, in plain words. No surprises later.

Who you are dealing with

ZoraLister is published by Zora Software, a small independent software business in the United States. For anything on this page, write to support@zoralister.com. A person reads it.

What ZoraLister is, and which one you have

Zora Software makes two separate products. They do a similar job and they are bought separately:

• ZoraLister for Windows — a program you install. Your products live on your own computer. You buy a license to use it, once.
• ZoraLister Online — a service you sign in to with a browser. Your products live on our server. You pay for it while you use it.

Buying one does not include the other. A license for ZoraLister for Windows gives you no account on ZoraLister Online, and an account on ZoraLister Online is not a license for ZoraLister for Windows. Neither one's data appears in the other unless you move it yourself. A beta seat in one is not a seat in the other.

ZoraLister for Windows fills upload files: you download a marketplace's own template, ZoraLister fills a copy of it from your products, and you upload that file in the marketplace's own screen. ZoraLister Online does the same for TikTok Shop (and for eBay, if you prefer a file), and for eBay and Etsy it can also send the listings you approve straight to the marketplace, through the account you connect. Either way it is a tool for preparing listings. It is not a selling agent, not a marketplace account, and not a guarantee of anything that happens after you upload or send.

Sending straight to a marketplace is part of ZoraLister Online today, for eBay and Etsy; ZoraLister for Windows does not connect to any marketplace.

Where the rest of this page says something that is true of only one of them, it says which.

What it does not promise

Being straight about this is more useful than a wall of capitals, so here it is in ordinary sentences.

• We do not promise a marketplace will accept your file or your listing. Marketplaces revise their templates, their required fields and their category rules without telling anyone in advance. ZoraLister checks your products against the template you gave it; if the marketplace has moved on since you downloaded it, the check is only as current as your file, or as the marketplace's answer when you checked.
• We do not promise your listings will go live, stay live, or sell. That is between you and the marketplace.
• You are responsible for what your listings say. Titles, descriptions, prices, safety and compliance answers, and whether you are allowed to sell a thing at all — all yours. ZoraLister will happily write down something untrue if you type it in.
• You are responsible for following each marketplace's own rules, including their trademark and intellectual property policies. Using our software does not put you outside theirs.
• The software is provided as it is. We work hard on it and we test it, but we cannot warrant it is free of faults, and we are not liable for lost sales, lost time or lost data. Keep backups of anything you would hate to lose.

Photo delivery — what you may send

In ZoraLister Online your photos are already kept for you: there is nothing to paste, and a photo is published at a temporary address only when an upload file or a marketplace needs one, as the privacy policy describes.

In ZoraLister for Windows: marketplaces will not accept a photo file in a bulk upload. Every image column wants a web address they can fetch, so a photo sitting on your PC cannot go into the file at all. ZoraLister for Windows gives you two ways to solve that, and you can mix them:

• Your own links. If your photos already live on your shop or your own site, put that address on each photo. Nothing is sent anywhere, and nothing below applies to you.
• Image push. ZoraLister sends a copy of the photo to its delivery service, writes that temporary address into your file, and the copy is deleted automatically — seven days by default, and you can take it down sooner from the Exports screen. Marketplaces keep their own copy once they have fetched it, so the address is never shown to shoppers.

We hold those copies for those few days. We say so here rather than letting you assume otherwise, because everywhere else we tell you your data stays on your PC — and for those few days, for those photos, it is not strictly true.

When ZoraLister publishes a photo of yours - through image push in ZoraLister for Windows, or for an upload file or a marketplace in ZoraLister Online - you agree that:

• you send product photos only — pictures of the things you are listing;
• you have the right to publish every image you send, and sending it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• you do not send anything unlawful, sexual, violent, hateful, or depicting a real person who has not agreed to it;
• you do not use it as file storage or a content host. It exists so a marketplace can collect a photo during an upload, nothing else;
• you accept it is temporary. Copies expire on their own, and an expired address stops working. Never make it the only copy of anything.

We may remove anything from the delivery service, and withdraw access to it, if we believe it breaks these terms — including on a complaint from someone whose rights are affected. We would rather tell you first, and will where we can, but we may act before asking if something looks serious.

Compliance documents and certificates are not accepted at the moment; the service refuses anything that is not a product photo. Some marketplace categories require them, and for those, use your own links.

Reporting something

If an image being served from img.zoralister.com infringes your rights, or should not be there for any other reason, write to abuse@zoralister.com and we will look at it.

It helps enormously if you include the full address of the image, what the problem is, and how to reach you. If it is a copyright claim, please say what the original work is and confirm you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.

These are short-lived copies, so an image reported today may well have expired before anyone reads the email — that is the design working, not a brush-off. We will still check, and still act on the account behind it if there is a pattern.

Signing up for ZoraLister Online

• Who can. Anyone 18 or over who sells, or wants to sell, their own products - for themselves or for a business they are allowed to sign up. One account per shop or business; several people on one account are something we arrange with you.
• How. At app.zoralister.com/signup, with your shop's name and an email address that is yours. We email you a one-use code; with it you choose your password, and then you set up two-step sign-in. Until you do, the account can do nothing.
• The Free plan. Every account starts on it, with every feature, for as long as you like: up to 20 new products a month (a product counts in the month it was added - archiving one does not give it back) and 1 GB of photos. No card is asked for.
• A free setup session. Each new account can book one 30-minute session with us, by video or phone, to connect your marketplaces and list your first product together. It is one session, not ongoing support; after it, help is by email.
• What you tell us has to be true. Your email address in particular - it is how you sign in, and the only way back in if you forget your password.

ZoraLister for Windows: the private beta

ZoraLister for Windows is offered to invited testers only, for now. For them:

• It is free, and there is no obligation either way.
• It is unfinished. Things will be missing, and some will be wrong. Telling us is the whole point.
• It will change. Features may appear, change shape or be removed, and these terms may change with them.
• Keep your own backups. Your products live in a folder on your PC; copy it somewhere safe like anything else you would not want to lose.
• What you were given is yours alone. Your license key and your beta delivery key are tied to you.

Paying for ZoraLister Online

• The full plan's price. $34.99 a month, in US dollars, with no monthly limit on new products and 25 GB of photos. Launch offer: an account made on or before November 30, 2026 pays $17.50 a month for its first three months of the full plan, then $34.99 a month - whenever it first upgrades. The launch price is for an account's first subscription only: cancel and upgrade again later, and it is $34.99 a month. Prices do not include any sales tax that applies where you are; if tax applies, it is shown before you pay.
• How it is paid. Through PayPal: you subscribe on PayPal's own page, by card or from your PayPal balance, and PayPal takes each month's payment on the same day each month, in advance. We never see your card or your PayPal sign-in. Zora Software is the seller; PayPal moves the money, under PayPal's own terms.
• It renews until you cancel. Cancel any time, on the Account page (Cancel my plan); nothing more is charged. Cancelled, the full plan lasts to the end of the month you have paid for (and three days more); then you are on the Free plan, with everything you added.
• If a payment fails, PayPal tries again. If the month is still not paid three days after it was due, you are on the Free plan until it is - nothing is deleted.
• Refunds. A month is not refunded for being only partly used. If you were charged by mistake, or something on our side made the service unusable for you, write to support@zoralister.com within 30 days and we will refund that month.
• If the price changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before your next payment at the new price, and you can cancel before it does.
• Never ransom. Whatever happens with payment, you can sign in, see everything, keep working on the Free plan, and take it all with you (Download everything, on the Account page).

ZoraLister for Windows will be a one-time purchase, not a subscription, because it runs on your computer and costs us nothing to run. It is not on sale yet; when it is, this page will say exactly what a purchase includes. Neither product includes the other.

ZoraLister Online: what we owe each other

This section is about the hosted service only. None of it applies to ZoraLister for Windows, which runs on your computer and needs nothing from us to keep working.

• Your account is yours to look after. Keep your password to yourself, turn two-step sign-in on (and if you connect Google, keep your Google account safe too), and tell us at once if you think someone else is in it. What is done through your account is treated as done by you.
• Your data stays yours. We store it to run the service for you. We do not sell it, and we do not use your products to train anything.
• Getting it out. You can ask for everything you have put in — products, photos, templates, profiles and written files — at any time, including after you stop paying. We will not hold your data hostage to a renewal.
• Leaving. Close your account whenever you like - take a copy of everything first with Download everything, on the Account page. We delete what it held; the bare record of what our staff did to the account remains, because a log that can be edited is not a log.
• What we can promise about uptime. No formal guarantee. It runs on one server, behind Cloudflare; updates restart it for under a minute, and we do not restart it while someone is in the middle of their work. It can still fail. Your upload files are yours the moment they are written, so download the ones that matter.
• Fair use. It is built for a person listing their own products. Automated hammering, sharing one account across unrelated businesses, or using it to store things that are not your products are not what it is for.
• We may suspend an account that is being used for something illegal, that is putting the service at risk for everyone else, or that has not been paid for. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to put it right and to take your data with you.
• We may end the service. If we ever do, you will get notice in good time and a way to take everything with you. The Windows product is your protection against that: it is a file on your machine and keeps working.

Marketplace names

TikTok, Amazon, eBay, Shopify and Etsy are trademarks of their respective owners. ZoraLister is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Their names appear here to say which of their marketplaces, file formats and connections the software works with — nothing more.

Connecting your eBay account to ZoraLister Online is your choice. When you do, you allow ZoraLister to use the access eBay grants, and only in the ways described on the privacy page — reading, creating a listing only when you press Send, and changing a listing it sent only when you approve the change. A listing ZoraLister sends is yours on eBay, under eBay's terms and fees, and you can change it in Seller Hub too. eBay's own terms still apply to your eBay account, and you can stop ZoraLister from using it at any time from the Account page (Disconnect deletes our copy), or withdraw it on eBay itself.

Connecting your Etsy shop to ZoraLister Online is your choice. When you do, you allow ZoraLister to use the access Etsy grants, and only in the ways described on the privacy page — reading your shop, its listings and its shipping and return settings, and creating listings and putting them live only when you press Send, for listings you approved in ZoraLister. A listing ZoraLister sends goes live in your shop - on sale, under Etsy's terms, with Etsy's listing fee charged to your Etsy account as it goes live - and from then it is yours on Etsy. ZoraLister changes a live listing only when you approve the change, and only with what you changed in ZoraLister; you can change it on Etsy too. Etsy's own terms still apply to your shop, and you can stop ZoraLister from using it at any time from the Account page (Disconnect deletes our copy of the keys), or remove it on Etsy itself, in your account settings under Apps. The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

This page is written by the people who build ZoraLister, in plain language, and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be before anyone is charged. If something here reads as unclear or unfair, tell us — support@zoralister.com — and we would rather fix the wording than rely on it.
